DESCRIPTION:

Join us! We have done a number of Norway trips. This one is designed to access great skiing in 3 different and special areas. Two of the towns are only accessible by train. Norwegians flock to these areas as winter darkness disappears so we need to book lodging ideally a year out. There are hundreds of varied ski trails in each area. Days will be spent leisurely skiing, warming in the huts and lodging, soaking in the scenery and warmth by the fire at the end of the wintry day. Hopefully we will get some clear skies in the remote areas that will open up to the possibility of seeing Northern Lights! Add to this both Oslo’s and Bergen’s old town and museum areas and you have a very special and unique trip. Ideally you will enjoy it more if you are at least an intermediate skier. This is one of Rick’s semi retirement trips, so limiting the group to 6 people.
