Viewing Post for: New Zealand Adventure
Date: MARCH 1, TUESDAY
Location: LAKE MANAPORI
Lovely morning spent exploring Dunedin. The highlight for many was the chocolate factory of Cadbury. Delicious sampling and some serious purchasing.
Then to the end of the world with a lighthouse on almost the southern tip of New Zealand. Seals barking below us, aqua waves crashing as we ate lunch.
Probably a highlight though was Cannibal Beach, so named for the human bones found there. The beauty of the rolling, crashing waves alone makes a visit there worth it. But you add in about 15 gigantic sea lions hauled out on the beach that you can get so close to and it becomes one of those magic moments in life where you connect between the animal and human world.
Each day brings us incredible, unique moments like this
