Pack Paddle Ski often takes part in custom outings, teambuilding, birthdays, celebrations, rituals and what we call "Programs with Meaning." The following are some of our most recent examples this spring:

WEDDING PARTY GET-TOGETHER

The bride and groom knew everyone but everyone else knew no one.

Solution? 3 hours of celebration, support, connection and getting aquainted at a private cabin between the rehearsal and dinner.

LIVONIA SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL BASH

Take 160 High School seniors the night before graduation and send them to Survivor like contests if they want to graduate. Include in the activities, letter and sponsors spanning their school life, memories inter laced with adventures such as flying 10 from a tarp toss, celebration and symbolism in drumming circles, a group of Tribal Elders to add sage advice in front of the council fire and a host of other activities the result of a year of planning by parents and PPS. You end up with an event with meaning and memory.

ROCHESTER GENERAL HOSPITAL DOCTORS TAKE TO THE WOODS

Medicine is trending more toward collaboration then in the past. To this end, Rochester General sponsors a retreat each year to focus on communication among two or more of its groups each year.

EXCELLUS BLUE CROSS

60 members of a complete division of Excellus shared an afternoon with us a part of their retreat. They focused on sharing the benefits they could offer each other as a group since some of them did not even know each other prior to the meeting.
