Join Rick where he grew up on this wonderful public right of way. Journey along a casual, safe bike path to visit the Abbey of the Genesee. Pace is moderate and we will go about 20 miles on this out-and-back trip. The Abbey is an oasis of peacefulness and a very interesting lifestyle near Geneseo, NY. Huge stones have been used to build the church. We will try to arrive at the church during one of the chanting services on Sunday. You will need to bring your own bike and helmet. On/off road tires best.
